Shipping & lead times
Printed in Ireland. Honest lead times — stock, made-to-order, or custom.
Three product types, three lead times
Every product page tells you which type the item is. Lead time is the time between you paying and us handing the parcel to the carrier. Transit time is on top of that.
- Stock items — printed and waiting on the shelf. Typically dispatched within 1 working day.
- Made-to-order — printed after you order, but to a standard design. Typically dispatched in 3–5 working days.
- Custom or personalised — printed to your specs (size, colour, name, fit). Typically dispatched in 5–10 working days after we confirm the spec with you. Custom items can't be returned for change of mind under EU law — see Returns.

Free shipping
Orders over €60 ship free within Ireland, the UK, and the EU.
Customs & VAT (non-EU)
If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country's import duty and VAT may apply on arrival. We don't collect these up front — they're paid to the carrier on delivery.
Tracking
UK, EU, and international orders ship tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email when we hand the parcel to the carrier.
If a parcel goes missing
If your tracking has gone quiet and the parcel hasn't arrived, email hello@rocksolidinnovations.store. For EU deliveries, we typically ask the carrier to confirm loss after about 10 working days past the expected delivery date. Once they do, you choose: full refund or a free replacement on priority shipping. We handle the carrier claim.
